Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform various duties, including but not limited to: applying technical knowledge to assist customers, answering inbound and outbound calls supporting Autel scanning units, addressing technical questions related to scanning procedures, and researching to resolve vehicle technology issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to perform job duties.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks.

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

• Minimum age of 21+ years.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide friendly, personable customer service to internal and external clients.
