Join us as an Automotive Mechanic/Technician at Monro, Inc.

Position Overview:

As an Automotive Technician, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on guest vehicles. You will participate in comprehensive training from day one, working towards delivering 5-star guest experiences and ensuring safe, reliable transportation for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications
• Securing guest approval for work after diagnosis and maintaining a clean work environment
• Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and executing necessary repairs and maintenance
• Test driving guest vehicles and safely using shop trucks for inventory pickup
• Collaborating with team members and providing leadership to General Service Technicians

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• At least 2 years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in our tool purchase program
• Ability to work overhead, stand long hours, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable

Preferred:

• ASE certification in A1-A8
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate or degree in automotive technology
