Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: $17.00 - $38 per hour. Pay varies based on experience and certifications. Additional compensation and incentives are available.

This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. You will undergo comprehensive technician training from day one, preparing you for career growth. As part of our team, you will perform repair services, contribute to delivering 5-star guest experiences, and ensure safe, reliable transportation for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and other automotive repairs within your qualification scope.
• Obtain guest approval for work based on diagnosis; maintain a clean work environment.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Test drive vehicles and safely operate shop trucks for inventory pickup.
• Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in the tool purchase program
• Ability to work overhead, stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification (A1-A8)
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate or degree
