Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: $18 per hour / up to $33 per flat rate (Pay varies based on experience and certifications; additional incentives available)

As an Automotive Technician, you will perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on guest vehicles. You will start with comprehensive training and work as part of a team to deliver 5-star guest experiences, ensuring safe and reliable transportation for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications
• Obtain guest approval before performing work based on diagnosis; maintain a clean work area
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance
• Test drive vehicles and use shop truck safely for inventory pickup
• Collaborate with team members and lead General Service Technicians

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to work overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in A1-A8
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate/degree
