Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

The pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $30.00 per hour, guaranteed based on experience, with flat rate earnings between $35 and $45. Starting day 1, you'll undergo comprehensive training covering all aspects of your role, preparing you for career advancement. As a team member, you'll perform repairs on guest vehicles, contribute to delivering 5-star guest experiences, and ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
• Obtain guest approval for work after diagnosis; maintain a clean work area.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Test drive vehicles and use shop equipment safely.
• Collaborate and provide leadership to team members.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive technician experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in the tool purchase program.
• Ability to work overhead, stand long hours, and lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset.
• Maintain Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in A1-A8 categories.
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License.
• Technical school certificate or degree.
