Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: $18.00 per hour - $38.00 per hour flat rate, based on experience and certifications. Additional incentives may apply.

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain guest vehicles, participating in a comprehensive training program from day one. Your role is vital in delivering a 5-star guest experience, ensuring safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
• Obtain guest approval for work following diagnosis; maintain a clean work environment.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform repairs accordingly.
• Test drive vehicles and operate shop equipment safely.
• Collaborate and provide leadership to team members.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in our tool purchase program.
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset.
• Maintain Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8).
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License.
• Technical school certificate/degree.
