Master Service Technician – Automotive

We seek a leader capable of mentoring technicians, diagnosing and performing repairs efficiently, and communicating clearly with customers and service advisors.

Job Responsibilities

1. Discuss vehicle issues, current work, and future needs with customers and service advisors.
2. Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
3. Perform quality inspections, including test drives, before returning vehicles to customers.
4. Communicate with service advisors to inform customers of additional service needs and provide repair estimates.
5. Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and competitive with Fortune 500 companies.

Job Requirements

Master technicians should be persistent problem solvers with a thorough understanding of the latest automotive technologies.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED; or 1 to 3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
