Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

The pay range is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, guaranteed based on experience, with flat rates between $25 and $40.

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain guest vehicles, participate in comprehensive training, and work towards delivering 5-star guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
• Obtain guest approval for work, maintain a clean work area, and complete vehicle inspections.
• Test drive vehicles and collaborate with team members, providing leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain applicable Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8)
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate/degree
