Crash Champions is seeking a skilled auto technician at our Texas shops. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship. Required ASE certification, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions.
• Test drive vehicles and components using diagnostic devices.
• Repair, reline, replace, and adjust brake systems and perform alignments.
• Test and adjust repaired systems to meet specifications.
• Repair engine components, brake systems, steering, and airbags as needed.
• Perform related duties to ensure efficient and effective repair.

Responsibilities

A mechanic is responsible for inspecting and repairing vehicles. These professionals oversee mechanical inspections, assemble mechanical components, and perform repairs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Examines vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions.
• Test drive vehicles, test components and systems using equipment such as computerized diagnostic devices.
• May repair, reline, replace, and adjust brake systems and perform vehicle alignments.
• Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.
• Repair and/or replace engine components, brake systems, steering and air bag systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair.

Qualifications

• ASE certification.
• Must be able to pass thorough background check.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
