Stellantis is seeking a hardware engineer to design, develop, and optimize software for MCUs used in automotive ECUs. You will collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure functional, performance, and safety requirements are met.

You will integrate RTOS, port BSPs, and enable peripherals across SOCs, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and robust validation across vehicle platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in MCU & SOC design for automotive applications.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Familiarity with CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
• Experience with RTOS and embedded tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Software Design and Development: design, implement, and maintain software modules for automotive MCUs & SOC.
• Embedded Firmware Development: develop firmware for automotive ECUs, startup code, peripheral drivers, HALs.
• RTOS Integration: integrate RTOS like FreeRTOS or Zephyr for multi-tasking and scheduling.
• Linux/QNX BSP and Android Guest OS Enablement: port and customize BSP and Android GVM for automotive platforms.
• Enable display, audio, camera, and serial interfaces in the SOC; performance profiling and optimization.
• Implement CAN/LIN/Ethernet protocols and networking stacks for ECU communication.
• Integration and Testing: unit/integration testing and validation with hardware platforms.
• Documentation and Compliance: design docs, interface specs, test plans; MISRA C and ISO 26262 compliance.
