Astemo Ltd. in Farmington Hills, MI seeks a Senior Engineer to independently develop an automotive SoC software platform for platforms like Nvidia Orin/Thor, Qualcomm Snapdragon, Renesas RCAR Gen5, TI, NXP, AMD and Intel.

The role focuses on hypervisor-based architecture, QNX/Adaptive AUTOSAR, and Linux support. You will lead a team, align with hardware and product groups, drive interfaces (PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet), image processing, and security while adhering to automotive standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience including 4+ years in SoC platform development and 3+ years in automotive or embedded low-level domains.
• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Experience with AD/ADAS, image processing, and automotive standards (ISO26262, MISRA, ASPICE).
