Job summary

Antolin is a leading automotive supplier seeking a logistics professional to manage external warehouses contracts and provide packaging management for raw materials to manufacturing, ensuring timely shipping and accurate receipt and storage.

You will work with SAP data entry, cycle counts, and inventory reviews while coordinating with buyers and suppliers in a safe, compliant environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and effective communication within a multinational team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of Supply Chain or Manufacturing experience.
• Automotive plant experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to meet short deadlines.
• Excellent client service with phone, e-mail and in-person communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into SAP per part and supplier.
• Update and distribute cycle count weekly.
• Update Schedule Agreements as needed by buyers for new suppliers or parts.
• Update the DOH report every Friday by COB.
• Review BOM for accuracy against print and usage.
• Update Material Manager of any potential part issues.
• Review COGI for any part issues.
• Monitor parts for EOP to reduce obsolete inventory.
• Check all parts from Warehouse management system for accuracy.
• Update part list for logistics with packaging.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly physical inventory.
• Communicate with coworkers, management, customers, vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform job in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
