Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician for our Downers Grove location. This role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles to factory standards and building customer trust through reliable service.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years as a Master Technician, with a background in German or high-line vehicles, preferably Aston Martin or Maserati. Saturday availability is required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Master Technician.
• German or High line vehicle background required.
• Aston Martin or Maserati experience recommended.
• Saturday availability is required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Located atthe award-winning Aston Martin & Maserati of Downers Grove, the Master Technician is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Master Technician required.
• German or High line vehicle background required.
• Aston Martin or Maserati experience is recommended.
• Saturday availability is required
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
