Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in marketing, administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms, digital marketing, or social media management preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies established by the dealership's sales leadership team.
• Coordinate communication between the dealership and third-party marketing vendors.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to evaluate third-party vendor performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports regarding vendor performance, lead generation, and ROI.
• Manage and maintain the dealership's CRM and Podium platforms.
• Monitor CRM performance and notify management of concerns related to leads and conversions.
• Create and manage CRM follow-up campaigns and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Recommend monthly promotions based on incentives and manufacturer programs.
• Monitor and maintain the dealership's website accuracy and updates.
• Update website disclosures, disclaimers, and promotional information.
• Manage dealership social media accounts with weekly posting cadence.
• Conduct monthly meetings with sales staff to review CRM usage and training needs.
• Develop and produce marketing materials for campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze website performance and marketing results to identify improvements.
• Maintain effective communication with management, sales staff, and vendors.
