Job summary

LER TechForce, LLC. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support final assembly processes in Georgetown, KY. The role emphasizes developing and implementing new technologies for Toyota NA assembly lines, reporting to the Engineering Manager within the Assembly Planning group.

You will help advance operational excellence by creating new processes and tools, coordinating with both internal teams and external partners to improve cost per unit and efficiency across the assembly operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• Project experience in production preparation of capital equipment including investment planning, technical specification development, procurement and installation.
• Procedural and practical knowledge of equipment, tools and processes within Manufacturing / Production Engineering.
• Ability to self-direct and collaborate with others to meet objectives.
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD.
• General working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, Vault, CATIA, XVL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support research, development, preparation, and implementation of new technologies for final assembly processes.
• Contribute to improvements in Cost Per Unit through logistics, infrastructure, and manufacturing optimization.
• Assist in implementing new and innovative business processes and tools within Assembly Planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to drive operational excellence in vehicle assembly.
• Support Act1:PE Planning Group & Act 2: Site Team objectives within Assembly Engineering.
