The position is an indefinite contract (minimum 1 year) with potential for extension, offering competitive hourly pay and benefits, plus opportunities to work on established lines and gain senior-level specialization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in automotive or related industries.
• Proficiency with CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, for plant layout and fixture design.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of welding processes, general assembly, and production systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive manufacturing sector, is seeking an Automotive Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As an Automotive Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting process improvement and equipment optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Pay Range: $40-$48/hr DOE plus OT, benefits
