A leading company in Automotive Fleet Management is seeking candidates for a customer service role. This position, based in the Tampa area, requires prior experience in customer service and automotive work. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to orders submitted by phone and email in an efficient and friendly manner
- Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturers' guidelines
- Negotiate pricing and assess warranty applications while creating purchase orders
- Contact clients to provide recommendations and explain proposed repair procedures
- Suggest appropriate service locations for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in the Tampa Metropolitan Area and the state of Florida
- At least six (6) months of customer service experience required
- At least six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
- Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership preferred
