Job summary

Horne Kia in Gilbert, AZ is seeking experienced Automotive Mainline Technicians for our high-volume service department. Earn $110,000–$205,000+ per year, with training to become Kia Certified and clear opportunities for growth.

We welcome 3+ years of technician experience, A/B level status, strong diagnostic skills, and a team-oriented attitude. On-site roles with paid training, advancement paths, and employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• A or B Level Technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional, dependable and team-oriented attitude.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• EV/Hybrid experience preferred.
• Technicians currently producing at a high level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Perform maintenance and repair services accurately and efficiently.
• Complete repair orders while maintaining quality standards.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to maintain efficient workflow.
• Diagnose drivability, electrical and mechanical issues.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology.
• Complete Kia training and certification requirements.
• Service EV and hybrid systems as qualified.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
