Job summary

Sonic Automotive is seeking a Traffic and Loyalty Manager for the W.I. Simonson brand in Santa Monica, CA. This role focuses on building dealership loyalty and retention by engaging previously leased or financed customers to renew leases or purchase new vehicles.

The Loyalty Retention Specialist will coordinate with the Loyalty Manager or Sales Manager, manage multiple systems, and strive to exceed retention goals while delivering a VIP experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year automotive retail experience required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with CDK CRM (Elead) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with loyalty customers (previous lease/loan customers).
• Adhere to loyalty processes for retention targets.
• Deliver a VIP experience to loyalty customers to ensure repeat business.
• Meet retention goals for Financial Services and OEM targets.
• Multi-task across multiple systems (CRM, OEM platforms, retention sites).
• Contact customers via phone, email, and text with lease/loan end information.
• Follow up with retention customers before maturity dates or contract ends.
• Track guest contacts and communicate outcomes to management.
