Job summary

Walser Automotive Group in Wayzata, MN seeks a hands-on supervisor to maintain the dealership lot, inspect incoming vehicles for damage, process dealer trade paperwork, and manage data entry, price changes, and stock numbers.

You will train and lead department staff, enforce policies, conduct performance evaluations, coordinate recruiting, and ensure safety and policy compliance while upholding Walser’s core values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Manual dexterity and good eye/hand coordination.
• Safety eyewear must be worn in service areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dealership lot and organize vehicle stock.
• Inspect new vehicles for damage on transport and report issues.
• Process dealer trade paperwork and manage data entry.
• Enter price changes and audit sales records.
