Walser is seeking a Lot Tech to keep the lot running smoothly by moving, parking, and organizing vehicles, checking in new inventory, and preparing vehicles for sale. You’ll drive to other dealerships, document vehicle data, and assist the Inventory Manager as needed.

No automotive experience required—we train and value reliability, punctuality, and a can-do attitude. You’ll work outdoors in Minnesota weather and support the sales team daily.

• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

$17.00/hour | 40 guaranteed hours | Every Wednesday and Sunday off | No nights

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 10am–6pm

You’ll keep the lot running. That means getting vehicles where they need to go, keeping them clean and ready to sell, and helping the sales team hand customers the keys. You’ll be on your feet and moving all day, not stuck behind a desk.

You don’t need any automotive experience. We’ll train you. Show up on time and stay willing to help, and you’ll do well here.

Lot Tech is how a lot of people get started at Walser. Team members have moved from this role into Sales, Service, Inventory Management, Operations, and Corporate jobs. We promote from within, and we’ll show you the path.

What You Need
