Job summary

Southern States All-pro is seeking a diligent Lot Coordinator to manage liaison duties between dealerships and All-Pro. You will inspect vehicles, ensure compliance with company standards, and coordinate billing with the dealership to secure RO, PO, and signatures.

In this fast-paced, outdoor/garage environment, you will maintain strong relationships with dealership management, coordinate transportation, and support operations across multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit front line to ensure standards and quality.
• Liaison between dealership and All-Pro; maintain relationships with dealership management.
• Invoice and submit billing per All-Pro policy; ensure RO/PO/signature.
• Follow up with dealership to resolve communication issues.
• Assist and communicate with transportation of cars.
• Organize work to meet company standards and time requirements.
• Ensure Key Control and other risk policies are followed daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
