Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Automotive Lot Coordinator to manage daily liaison between the dealership and All-Pro. You will inspect incoming vehicles, maintain relationships with dealership management, and ensure timely billing and documentation.

This role requires attention to policy, accuracy in invoicing, and coordination of transportation. Working in a fast-paced garage environment, you will support inventory control and assist with recruiting and operations

Responsibilities

• Liaison between dealership and All-Pro for all work.
• Inspect vehicles to be repaired as they arrive at the dealership.
• Maintain relationships with dealership management.
• Prepare and submit invoices per All-Pro policy.
• Follow up to ensure invoices receive RO, PO and signature.
• Clarify communication issues with the dealership as needed.
• Assist with car transportation coordination.
• Organize work to meet company standards and timelines.
• Inspect and audit front-line processes for quality.
• Maintain service drive sales, volume and communication.
• Communicate with AM on location issues.
• Partner with AM on recruiting.
• Place initial orders for supplies and materials.
• Ensure Key Control and risk policies are followed daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Not responsible for performance management, discipline, hiring or termination.
