Bergstrom Acura of Appleton is seeking a Loan and Title Specialist to join our busy finance team in Appleton, Wisconsin. You’ll prepare loan applications, manage vehicle titles, and work directly with guests to explain options and ensure accuracy and compliance.

This full-time role requires high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, and strong communication. You’ll collaborate with sales and finance colleagues and use finance software to deliver smooth, compliant financing

Qualifications

Experience in automotive finance, loan processing, or title management preferred.
Strong understanding of loan processing procedures, title regulations, and automotive sales processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
Proficiency with finance and title software and standard office applications.
High school diploma or equivalent; related certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

Loan Processing: Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Title Management: Handle title applications and related issues with state agencies.
