Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive parts operations experience.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role overseeing a team.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the parts department team; recruit, train, and coach staff.
• Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to drive growth.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts.
• Ensure efficient workflows and timely parts delivery; conduct regular inventory audits.
• Build strong relationships with guests, wholesale customers, and internal service teams; resolve inquiries and issues.
