Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with an automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking an Electronics Technician to support the development, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of exterior lighting electronics, including prototype and production assemblies.

Daily duties include building, testing, and repairing circuits; collaborating with engineering to refine designs; setting up test equipment and performing DVP&R validation; analyzing data and preparing reports; and fabricating test

Formación

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent.
• 3+ years as an Electronics Technician or similar
• Hands-on electronics circuit troubleshooting and repair
• Experience with electronic validation testing and DVP&R procedures
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical specs
• Familiarity with automotive exterior lighting electronics

Responsabilidades

• Build, assemble, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic circuits, components, and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine designs, layouts, and assembly procedures.
• Recommend circuitry and design modifications to improve reliability, testing efficiency, and maintainability.
• Adjust, calibrate, and modify electronic components to meet performance specs.
• Set up and operate electronic test equipment for functional, environmental, and life-cycle testing.
• Execute validation testing and document results per DVP&R.
• Analyze test data and prepare reports, schematics, charts, and graphs.
• Operate basic machine tools to fabricate electronic components and test fixtures.
