Qualifications

• Associates Degree in science/engineering/automotive preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in Research and Development Laboratory Testing.
• Experience with Data Acquisition, test equipment, instrumentation, CAD/engineering drawings, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support training, quality control and accountability in the Test Operations Lab.
• Identify and solve test quality issues and implement countermeasures with design and test staff.
• Apply PDCA to prevent recurrence of problems.
• Coordinate visitor compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Interface with design and test engineers to verify data and review final assembly.
