Job summary

Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis is seeking a Service Cashier/Cafe Concierge to greet service customers and assist them with completing service and parts transactions. You will perform cashiering for Parts and Service, respond to cafe customers, stock items, and verify repair orders while handling related administrative tasks.

Additional duties include payroll, time cards, and supporting the warranty administrator.

• Assist the warranty administrator and with factory rep visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cashiering for Parts and Service
• Responding to customers at the Lexus Cafe, stocking food items
• Verify closed repair orders
• Handle bad checks
• Track vehicles left at the dealership and handle them appropriately
• Payroll and time cards
• Customer call backs
• File service repair orders
• Handle all customer information
• Assist the warranty administrator
• Handle bulk mailers
• Type all service letters
• Create service reports
• Assist with factory rep visits
• Keep track of Emissions inspectors' licenses
• Service reminders

Requirements
