Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Canva).
• Experience with LMS administration and training records.
• Ability to map competencies and identify skill gaps.
• Experience in automotive/manufacturing training.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through stakeholder discussions, skill matrices, performance evaluations data, audit and compliance requirements, and employee feedback.
• Develop and maintain annual and monthly training plans aligned with business, compliance, and operational priorities.
• Design training materials, presentations, guides, assessments, e-learning modules, and job aids.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, blended, and on-the-job training programs.
• Support onboarding, technical training, compliance training, quality training, safety training, leadership development, and soft skills programs.
• Manage the training calendar, training logistics, attendance, completion tracking, and training documentation.
• Administer LMS activities, including engaging e-learning creation, course files uploads, registration, completion tracking, reporting, and learner communication.
• Maintain competency matrices, skill gap records, training reports, dashboards, and audit evidence.
• Coordinate with internal trainers, subject matter experts, and external training providers.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, completion rates, manager input, and business impact indicators.
• Support automotive compliance requirements, including quality, safety, customer-specific, and audit-related training.
• Continuously improve training content, training delivery methods, and employee learning engagement.
