Auto Systems Centers, Northwood, OH, is hiring an Automotive Lead Technician to join a high-volume service, repair, and tire center in the Mavis Tire family. The role offers a 5-day work week with Sundays off, competitive weekly pay, and substantial bonus potential up to $150K annually based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience or training in automotive repair.
• A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 50+ pounds.
• Dependability and teamwork in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, suspension, and routine maintenance.
• Perform oil changes and state inspections; service tires.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires; check fluids and replace worn parts.
