Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Northwood, OH, seeks an Automotive Lead Technician to join the Mavis family under the Midas umbrella. You will lead undercar repairs, diagnostics, tire services, and ensure high-quality workmanship in a state-of-the-art center.

We offer a 5-day work week with base pay plus weekly bonuses and potential to earn up to $150K annually, plus 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and opportunities for ASE certification and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services including brakes, struts, shocks, and maintenance.
• Perform state inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.
