Auto Systems Centers in Maineville, OH is seeking a hands-on Automotive Lead Technician to join our state‑of‑the‑art service, repair and tire center. You will lead diagnostics, repairs, tire work and routine maintenance to ensure quality workmanship.

With 2+ years of repair experience and a valid driver’s license (ASE certification a major bonus), you will thrive in a fast‑paced shop and uphold safety standards. We offer competitive pay and growth within the Mavis platform.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or a relevant education/experience mix.
• Valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, and maintenance.
• Perform oil changes and rotate/ balance tires.
• Complete state inspections as required.
• Collaborate with team to deliver quality service.
