Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Fairfield, OH, part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to perform undercar repairs, inspections, and tire services. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, with opportunities for advancement through ASE certification support.

The role offers a strong base with weekly pay and a potential annual bonus up to $150K based on performance, plus benefits and growth opportunities within a national platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• ASE certification is a bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physically capable of lifting items over 50 lbs.
• Value dependability and teamwork in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive repairs (brakes, struts, shocks, routine maintenance).
• Complete state inspections and oil/filter changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.
