Auto Systems Centers in Toledo, OH is seeking a driven Automotive Lead Technician to join the Mavis Tire family. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles, leading undercar work and tire services in a modern shop.

We offer competitive weekly pay with substantial bonus potential, up to $150K annually based on performance, a 5‑day work week, 401(k) with employer match, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, ASE support, and a tool/uniform program.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience or training in automotive repair.
• Valid driver's license; ASE Certification is a bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift over 50 pounds.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services including brakes, struts, and shocks.
• Complete oil/filters changes and state inspections.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.
