Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time Automotive Lead Technician for our Fairfield, OH location. You will lead undercar repairs, diagnose issues, and perform routine maintenance in a state-of-the-art service center.

The role offers a competitive weekly base with bonus potential, a 5-day work week, and opportunities for ASE certification growth within a supportive, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive repairs including brakes, suspension, and maintenance.
• Complete state inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
