Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Hamilton, OH seeks an Automotive Lead Technician to lead undercar repairs, diagnostics, and tire services in a state-of-the-art shop.

You will inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, suspension, and routine maintenance while ensuring safety and quality. The role offers base pay plus strong weekly bonus potential and opportunities for ASE certification and growth within the Mavis Tire family.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair.
• A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift items over 50 pounds.
• Dependability, teamwork and commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
