Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Middletown, OH, now part of the Mavis Tire family, seeks a full-time Automotive Lead Technician for our state-of-the-art service and tire center. Join a large franchise with strong growth potential.

You will inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, suspensions, and routine maintenance; tire mounting/balancing; oil changes. ASE certification is a bonus; at least 2 years of experience required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver's license; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, lift 50+ pounds.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to quality in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services including brakes, suspensions, tires, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state inspections and oil changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn components.
