Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking an Automotive Lead Technician for our Northfield, OH service center. You will lead undercar repairs, diagnose issues, and perform routine maintenance to support high-quality tire and repair services.

We offer a competitive package with weekly pay and performance bonuses up to $150K, a 5-day work week, and strong growth opportunities including ASE certification support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in automotive repair or equivalent training.
• Valid drivers license; ASE certification a major bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 50+ pounds.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to quality in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services including brakes, suspensions, and routine maintenance.
• Complete required inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn components.
