Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring an Automotive Lead Technician in Fairfield, CT. You will lead undercar repairs, perform diagnostics, and ensure high-quality service in a state-of-the-art center.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services including brakes, struts, shocks, and maintenance.
• Complete state inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts as needed.
