Job summary

Vaden Automotive, a family-owned dealership in the Southeast, seeks motivated Business Development Representatives to respond to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat. You will guide customers on pricing and availability and schedule appointments with the sales team in a fast-paced BDC environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years customer service experience required
• 1 year business development experience preferred
• 1 year automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask, follow directions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and use of Microsoft Teams and Outlook required

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using a guided script
• Provide accurate information about vehicle pricing and availability
• Identify customer needs and respond in a friendly, helpful manner
• Schedule multiple customer appointments daily with the dealership sales team
• Follow up with leads not yet ready to schedule an appointment
