Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Title & License Specialist to join our award-winning team. If you have experience handling title, registration, and license plate processes with accuracy, this role offers a fast-paced dealership environment and a chance to contribute to smooth vehicle transactions.

You will manage state paperwork, registrations, MSOs, and DMV submissions, while staying organized, meeting deadlines, and delivering excellent service to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of automotive Title & License experience.
• Automotive license and title experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to work.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As our Automotive Title & License Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the dealership's title, registration, and license plate processes, including:

• Oversee the processing and timely submission of all dealership state paperwork
• Process registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Process license plate issuances and transfers
• Maintain accurate titles and MSOs for new and used vehicle inventory
• Prepare title documentation for sold vehicles and submit paperwork to the DMV
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with state requirements
• Maintain detailed records and follow up on outstanding title and registration items
• Work independently while staying organized and meeting important deadlines
