Fred Anderson Automotive Group in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join Toyota of Raleigh. You will guide customers through the service process, schedule maintenance, and present repair recommendations with clear, honest communication.

The ideal candidate brings a friendly, outgoing personality, strong time management, and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality required.
• Ability to build rapport and follow up with guests through the service process.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Assist customers in maintaining vehicles per manufacturer standards.
• Present repairs and maintenance clearly and professionally.
• High level of customer service throughout the guest experience.
• Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

We are looking for energetic and outgoing personalities with a proven track record of customer service to deliver quality and professional service to our service customers when they bring their vehicles in for their scheduled maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills and the ability to build rapport with customers as they assist customers through the service process.
