The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, with a college degree preferred, and dealership accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and enter inventory data (invoices, VINs, stock numbers, pricing, fees).
• Track vehicle purchases, sales, trades, and transfers; reconcile values and report discrepancies.
• Generate inventory reports on value, aging, turnover, and sales trends.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits for accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams on stock levels and replenishment needs.
