Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton in New Jersey is seeking an energetic call center professional to join a growing team. You will handle customer calls, provide product information, and schedule appointments, contributing to customer satisfaction and sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
