Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton is seeking a motivated call center professional to join our growing team. You will handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule sales or service appointments, helping customers navigate our dealership resources.

This full-time position offers a salary in the $40,000–$65,000 range, comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision coverage, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
