Job summary

Ciocca Automotive in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking an energetic service manager to lead our busy service department. You will assist customers, explain service options and ensure clear communication throughout the vehicle maintenance process.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in service management, a valid driver's license, and GM experience is preferred. We offer extensive benefits, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement within Ciocca Automotive.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a service manager.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• GM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service needed.
• Understand customers, match requirements and concerns to service options.
• Explain service performed and keep customer informed throughout the service.
• Hire and supervise all service department personnel and monitor performance.
• Craft goals and objectives for the department including an annual budget.
• Maintain a high CSI by addressing customer complaints promptly.

• Hire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customers
• Craft goals and objectives for the department including an annual operating budget.
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
