You will generate and manage online leads, coordinate with sales and F&I, and help customers complete purchases. Qualifications

• One year of related Internet sales management experience and/or training.
• Minimum 2 yrs experience automotive Internet sales experience.
• Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
• Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees.
• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure are required.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.
• Explain features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
• Research availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
• Negotiate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and financing or lease terms.
• Walk the lot and inspect inventory.
• Complete all paperwork and arrange delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Deliver and familiarize the customer with vehicle.
• Attend/complete required training and department meetings.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
