Qualifications

• 1+ years of related call center experience.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Solid Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work assignments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Flexible to work variable schedules, if needed.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for customer visits or trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone sales calls to established customers and promote products/services.
• Maintain CRM customer/account information accurately.
• Analyze customer base to identify growth opportunities or declines.
• Augment product knowledge through training and self-learning.
• Provide front-line phone support, including technical assistance.
• Enter quotes and orders accurately.
• Serve as initial contact for customer service concerns.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Meet daily phone metric targets set by management.
• Support quality improvement initiatives.
