Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow B2B accounts in the automotive aftermarket. You will use consultative selling and product knowledge to strengthen relationships and drive sales from shops, retailers, and enthusiasts.

The role involves outbound calls, account development, and maintaining CRM data while meeting activity goals and expanding product knowledge. Onsite positions are available in Exeter, PA or Greensboro, NC.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, account management, or related experience preferred; willing to train the right person.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with automotive shops, retailers, and enthusiasts through proactive outbound sales calls.
• Grow existing B2B customer accounts and introduce new products and services.
• Follow up with qualified leads and convert prospects into active accounts.
