Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and hold the sales team accountable.
• Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales volume while protecting gross.
• Structure and desk deals balancing gross, volume, and customer experience.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and establish goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales professionals; work with Finance on deal flow.
